Welcome, Welcome


My journey in triathlon started in 2013 and I pretty much blogged about it from the first day. The most important thing I would like to share is how much this sport changed my life from getting fit to eating healthy. There is really no excuse not to change things if you are feeling tired, unfit and unmotivated in your every day life. Here I would like to help with sharing the lessons I learnt which eventually made me a much happier, healthier person.
