... I've been simply told I'm going to race in a triathlon.

I’m a Husband, Engineer and Triathlete, originally from the North East and now living in the Midlands.

I was never into sports, not athletic sports anyway, until April 2013, this is when my life changed.

Daz, a guy I work with decided that I will do a triathlon, I had no choice in the matter!

I dithered for a few months, putting off starting training, until it dawned on me that I didn’t really have much time left to train before the race.
