Sunday: - Rest day
Monday: - (am) - Spin Bike session, 40mins, 18.5km. 15min Swim with paddles and ankle band.
Tuesday: - (pm) - Run, 35mins, 7.5km.
Wednesday: - (am) - Cardio session. 16mins, 10km turbo session.
Thursday: - (am) - Pool Swim, 46mins, 2km. (pm) - Run, 29mins, 6.8km.
Friday: - (am) - Outdoor cycle, 122mins, 39.6km.
