Training Log - week 26

Wednesdays run was an odd one, I really felt bad :( upset stomach, I think I ate something bad. fine now though :D

This week I have been really stretching out my right Achilles and its feeling great! I was starting to suffer a little with my calf and by concentrating my stretching on just the right leg has really helped.

I have a small block of wood under my desk at work and throughout the day I have been stretching up and down, toes on the end of the block and just stretching that tendon gradually 

seems to be working
