Strength and Conditioning for Runners

Since picking up a running injury at the end of last year, I have been rehabilitating with Strength and Conditioning. Concentrating on building up the strength in my legs and improving my mobility has really helped. When I run now I finish STRONG. Negative splits are coming naturally and recovery seems to be much quicker.
