Time for a quick update on my eating.
Now the London Marathon is out of the way and my Marathon career is over (I’m sticking to shorter distances), I’m reintroducing some moderate amount of carbs, I’m still choosing to stay away from bread, I feel better without it.
My carbs though, I’m going to back load, so keeping the carbs until later in the evening.
Lets see how it goes :D
