After my first full week of recovery running, I’m feeling quite good. There is still some pain when I run, but it does feel like I’m getting more mobility back in my ankle. Its still a long way off, but I’m taking it slow and steady with sort interval runs.
The start of the week was 2 minutes running, 2 minutes walking for around 3km
Today I decreased the walking to 1 minute.
I’ll leave it now until wednesday and run the little 5km loop at work
